In lieu of our monthly book discussion, we are going to get together on Wednesday, February 15th at Barnes and Noble's in Hingham (7 PM) to finalize Susan's brain child - a new liberal blogging site for the So. Shore. All those who want to contribute (blog) their thoughts about what the new site should be are invited come and air their ideas.

We have a potential name (CRITICAL MASS), but we are still open to other suggestions. We also need to set the parameters for the commentaries, e.g. Mass. politics, progressive politics, so. shore politics, books, movies, all of the above - A mission statement, if you will.

We would appreciate any technical info and suggestions for design, settings, procedure, attracting hits, etc.

Please come to B&N and help put the South Shore wing of the progressives on the map.

If you can't make meeting, you can leave any ideas under COMMENTS.

We will also discuss !!!!THE CAUCUS RESULTS!!!!!

We decided to have a name that reflects our geography. Any ideas?
So far, South Shore Blue, South Shore Progressives, South Shore Bait & Tackle, True Blue on the SouthShore, South Shore Party Animals, South Shore Squawking Blue, South Shore Blue Streakers and others have been suggested.

Something catchy and memorable would be nice. Please send feedback ASAP so we can see if domain name is open.
